Accidentally deleted from WP admin panel and cannot connect it back

    Accidentally deleted from WP admin panel and cannot connect it back.
    Havent used my site for a while. Decided to upload new content. All the time error and couldnt upload anything.
    Then it gave me an option to do something with JetPack and I probably disconnected to connect it back, but now connection to my site with WordPress is gone, cant connect it back and I want to connect and be able to upload new content.
    Please, help..
