Hi creeycrearas,
The domain threethirteen.com is registered through Alpine Domains. Your account shows you purchased domain mapping to connect threethirteen.com to threethirteencom.wordpress.com.
I made a mistake and cancelled my domain (threethirteen.com).
Domain mapping was removed when you cancelled and requested a refund for your plan. You can restore these upgrades back to your site by purchasing another plan:
Let me know when you’ve done so and I can add domain mapping back for you.
Thanks!

If i but a plan, will you add the domain threethirteen.com to my control panel?
Only domains registered through WordPress.com can be managed through your account here. threethirteen.com was registered through Alpine Domains, so you will need to login to your account there in order to makes changes to the domain itself.
If you buy a plan I can add domain mapping back to your site for you. This means visitors will see threethirteen.com in their browsers address bar instead of threethirteencom.wordpress.com. Is this what you would like?
What plan i have to buy?
You can purchase any paid plan — Personal, Premium or Business

I don’t have the credentials of alpine domains.
I bought the domain in wordpress.com, i contacted to the actual registrand and they send me this:
Dear Joan Morera Marra,Thank you for submitting a Transfer complaint concerning the domain name threethirteen.com.
ICANN reviewed your complaint and requires additional information. Please provide ICANN the following before 29 August 2017:
– The Registered Name Holder (also known as “Registrant”) or Administrative Contact listed in the public Whois information (the “Transfer Contacts”) are the only parties that can approve or deny a transfer request (to see the public Whois information of any domain name, you can perform a Whois search at https://whois.icann.org/en ).
Please provide evidence (such as emails, customer service tickets or screenshots of the control panel) that you are the Transfer Contact for the domain name(s) at issue or provide evidence that you are acting as a Designated Agent explicitly authorized by the Registrant and provide the appropriate evidence.
– Please provide evidence (such as emails, customer service tickets, or screenshots of the customer panel showing system failures) that you have contacted the registrar of record (or reseller, if applicable) to request a transfer (including requesting the AuthInfo code and/or unlocking the domain name) and did not receive assistance within 5 days from the date of your request.
– Please provide any other records or information relevant to your complaint.
– Please confirm your permission for ICANN to forward your complaint below and any attachment you may provide in your response(s) to the registrar of record and any other party with whom ICANN may consult in order to address your complaint.
Please send the information and records requested above via reply email (no more than 4 MB total) and do not change the email subject heading. Please provide records as attachments in .TXT, .PDF, or .DOC(X) format.
If you do not provide this information before 29 August 2017, ICANN will close your complaint.
Sincerely,
ICANN Contractual Compliance

Hi creeycrearas,
I bought the domain on wordpress.com, not alpinedomains… look at my payments history
The Billing History page in your account shows you purchased domain mapping for threethirteen.com. If the domain had been registered through WordPress.com, you would see ‘Domain Registration’ listed on the receipt.
The ICANN WHOIS information, shows the domain is registered through Alpine Domains:
https://whois.icann.org/en/lookup?name=threethirteen.com
It appears that eWeb Development Inc. use Alpine Domains as their domain registrar. If you scroll down to the ‘Registrar’, you will see the information there.
i need to be able to transfer this domain to another hosting now.
Your domain isn’t registered through WordPress.com which is why there is no option to transfer it from the account you are logged to.
Please let me know if anything is unclear.
