Accidentally Deleted Page

HELP!! I thought I was deleting a comment on a page- but turns out it was the entire page. Going back through the browser didn’t restore, and I’ll be devastated if i can’t get the page back. Any way of accessing previous versions of a page, or word press archives of a page or something?

thanks lizii, i had read through some of these before- i emailed the wordpress staff, but was seeing if there were any other solutions…
how do you search the cache though?thanks,

A cache is just the web content that’s saved in places like search engines. Have you tried searching google, yahoo, etc? raincoaster in that second post suggested yahoo.cn

Second thread, sorry. By the way, you should also consider linking your username to your blog so you won’t have to type it out all the time and so that the forum members can help you more easily.
Go into your dashboard -> users -> your profile -> then scroll down to ‘contact info’. In the spot where it says ‘website’ fill in the address of your blog and save the changes. :)

the page was mostly a collection of videos, images & links i culled from the web, so its kind of hard to find that in a search engine :(
