Accidentally Deleted Pictures

  I accidentally deleted some pictures today and read on this thread (https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/how-do-i-get-deleted-media-library-photos-back-into-old-published-posts?replies=9#post-1237777) that you’re potentially able to restore them through a back-up. I don’t have my own backup. Can someone please help me with this?? Thank you.

  If you only deleted them today, they’re in your Trash file and you can fish them out yourself.

  Note that unlike posts, pages, and comments, deletions from your media library are permanent and will not be moved to a trash folder. http://en.support.wordpress.com/trash/#permanently-deleting-a-post-or-page

  Where are the images hosted? If they aren’t in your Media Library you will have to upload them onto WordPress.com servers again. See here http://onecoolsitebloggingtips.com/2013/09/20/omg-my-images-are-gone/
