Accidentally deleted site
-
While deleting extra domains, I deleted my site accidentally only two days ago. Please let me know how I may recover the site in order to recover one of my domains. Thank you.

Hello.
I’m trying to recover my domain: aninspiredphotojournal.com which was under my site: stillnesssimplicity.wordpress.com, but I can’t seem to find the site at all.So appreciate your assistance.
Thank you -
Hi there,
In order to manage a domain on WordPress.com the domain has to be attached to a WordPress.com site, and you have deleted all sites that used to be in your account (a process that has multiple confirmation steps, and that is irreversible after 30 days).
Do you also want to restore the site, https://stillnesssimplicity.wordpress.com/, or would you prefer to create a new site in your account for that purpose?
I see this is the third time since December 2018 you’re asking us to restore that domain after you accidentally cancelled it. When you cancel a domain we show a very clear warning telling you that you’ll lose access to the domain, and that you might not be able to use the domain again in future should you proceed. We have that confirmation step there to prevent this from happening by accident – there is no guarantee that we’d be able to restore a cancelled domain later, so you should never cancel a domain you still want to use. Please be more careful in future when making these types of changes to your account, as next time we might not be able to restore the domain.

Yes, please restore stillnessandsimplicity.wordpress.com. And yes, third time because I keep planning other domains that don’t work out as I plan and then I delete the wrong one. I will definitely be more careful next time.
Thank you. -

Interesting how you guys never have any problem doing this when I have my premium upgrades, regardless of how many times this happens. Yet here I am, on a public forum, being scolded and presented with delays and conditions. I think it’s quite inappropriate and unprofessional. I need my site and domain back so that I may copy my information. If I need to speak to a supervisor to accomplish this, please let me know.

I have undeleted your site and restored the domain.
I am not setting any conditions. I am simply making you aware of the very real risk you run every time you cancel a domain of permanently losing that domain. When you click Cancel on a domain you are saying you no longer have any interest in using that domain, and next time we might not be able to restore it. That is why we have that warning message in place to prevent accidental cancellations of domains.
Whether or not you have a plan has nothing to do with our ability or our willingness to restore the domain. Cancel a domain at the wrong point in its lifecycle, and it will not be possible to get it back.
As for the delay, I was in bed, as your comment to confirm was made at 10PM on a Sunday night my time.
