Accidentally disconnect WordPress.com from self-host and Jetpack stats are gone.

  Hi,
  Accidentally disconnect WordPress.com from self-host and Jetpack stats are gone. And when I try to reconnect. It show error message like this.

  ‘unknown_token: It looks like your Jetpack connection is broken. Try disconnecting from WordPress.com then reconnecting.’

  I don’t know how to fix it now, logged in to the WordPress.com but I didn’t see any website.

  Is it possible to bring back the stat? Please help :'(

  Sorry, my bad. I do reinstall the plugin and reconnect it again. It work!! Thank you every one!!
