Accidentally disputed a charge

I want to close this account and didn’t remember about the domain mapping fee. I disputed it with paypal then closed that dispute. PayPal has closed the dispute as well. How do I go about closing this account?

Why did you dispute the charge if you could have just asked us for a refund?
It looks like the dispute has been closed, and I was able to refund you now. You should receive the refund in about 10 business days. The upgrade has also been removed from your site, so you will not be charged again.
Because you filed a dispute against us, your site has been suspended pending the payment of a chargeback fee. You will need to pay that to keep using your site:
