Accidentally downgraded, lost the $48 that I paid for one year

    I have a website on WordPress (marszelinavilla.com) where I started with the Personal plan. However, as I am new to this platform, I accidentally switched (downgraded) to the Free plan on 2nd November, and I lost the $48 that I had paid shortly before for one year of the Personal plan. Is it possible to revert back to the Personal plan without having to pay again? After all, I have already paid for a year. I also have a receipt for it.
