Accidentally entered wrong email address

  I wasn’t getting the activation email and I noticed I had signed up with the wrong email address. (I forgot a 4), then I tried updating it, which worked, but then when I tried to login, it said my account was not yet activated. What should I do since I cannot verify the wrong email address and then update it?

  Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner. It is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and a single associated email address, and who is the original Admin of the blogs registered under that username account. You can create one gravatar for every username account that applies to all blogs registered under the same username account and email address.

  There is a single email address that can be used on only one wordpress.COM username account and not on any others, regardless of how many blogs are registered under that username account.

  The wordpress.COM blog’s owner can change the relevant email address on their accounts page at https://wordpress.com/me/account at any time.

  I know why I’m not getting the email, it’s because I forgot a 4. It won’t come. how do I adjust that?
