Accidentally linked jetpack to account I no longer have any access to
-
Pretty much the above. I have no way of regaining access to the wordpress account that I accidentally linked my WordPress site to via Jetpack. . . Down the line, I imagine this could cause problems. How can i get it linked to my actual, proper account?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi ccainkar,
Sorry you’re experiencing this! I’m going to tag this post for a staff member to take a look at. In the meantime I think getting some additional information from you might help them help you!
What site is Jetpack incorrectly assigned to? And what site is the correct site?
Thanks!

Hi ccainkar,
This forum primarily deals with support for sites hosted on WordPress.com. If you are using Jetpack and have added a connection to WordPress.com then you are definitely using a self-hosted WordPress for which support is provided here
To answer your question, you could disconnect Jetpack from your website dashboard as well just go to Jetpack > Dashboard > Scroll down to connections and manage connections.
If this doesn’t work you could get more help in the following links:

Hi there,
Can you please give me the URL of your site, and the username of the WordPress.com account to which you connected it?
In order to link Jetpack to a WordPress.com account you need to be currently logged into that WordPress.com account, so I think perhaps something different happened than what you think, but I’d be better able to tell if you can give me that site and user info.
