Accidentally marked Pinterest as spam in referrals
-
Hi – I accidentally marked Pinterest referrals as spam in my stats dashboard this morning and it seems I cannot undo this action. I really would like to get those referral stats back. Please help me! My blog is self-hosted, but these are my WordPress stats (via Jetpack). The blog is sadlerhouse.net.

Note that as Jetpack is a plugin used by WordPress.ORG bloggers to achieve parity with what we already have built into WordPress.COM blogs, and we do not provide Jetpack support on these wordpress.COM support forums you can direct these with other Jetpack issues to where they can get Jetpack support.
re: Jetpack support
Some Jetpack solutions are here http://jetpack.me/support/Others are in the Jetpack support forum at WordPress.org
http://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpackHowever, if help cannot be found at either one then they can file a Jetpack support ticket here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/?jetpack=needs-service
That site is not hosted by wordpress.COM. Our support docs do not apply to it and we do not provide support for it. You are posting to the wrong support forum.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
As you are referring to a wordpress.ORG software install on paid hosting, if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.

WordPress.org support docs are at https://codex.wordpress.org/Main_PageSee also https://apps.wordpress.org/support/

Hi there,
While sadlerhouse.net is a Jetpack site, I can help you with this particular issue here. However, this account does not own that blog. You will need to post here as the account that is connected to that site before I can help you.
-
I see. I’m so sorry. I believe this is the account you need? I appreciate the assistance.
-
I’m sorry, but this account also isn’t the owner of that site :)
That site only has one user, so it would be the username you log in as to make any changes to that site.
-
It’s a long story how I ended up with such a confusing collection of logins. This is my last option. I do appreciate your patience.
My other login is wordpress.org, so that won’t work.

You appreciate my patience? I appreciate yours :)
This is the correct username, and I have fixed this for you. Pinterest should start showing in your referrer stats again now.
