Accidentally posted, then rescheduled the post.
-
I accidentally posted a blog post, then I rescheduled it for the future (when I meant to post it). I deleted the corresponding social media posts. My question is this: When it posts again at it’s scheduled time, will it also post to my social media again? Or was that the “one time” I get on my unpaid account?
Thank you :)The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Since you changed the date of your post, I believe that Publicize should trigger again. However, your email subscribers may not receive the republished post. https://en.support.wordpress.com/schedule-a-post/#republishing-a-post
Just to confirm this, I’ve tagged this for Staff assistance.

Howdy :)
I’ll take a look at the email logs to see if the second version was delivered as a new notification to your email subscribers.
Let’s make sure I’m looking at the right post first. Is it https://debtdummyblog.wordpress.com/2017/06/24/second-hand-economy-a-debt-dummy-update/ that you need help with?

Hi there, :)
no actually, it’s one that still hasn’t been posted officially. https://wordpress.com/post/debtdummyblog.wordpress.com/992
It’s titled: Shopping Addictions and Motivational EnhancementI’m wondering if it will still send to subscribers & if it will still share to social media.
Thank you

A scheduled post will be delivered to email followers at the time it is published. Remember, that this happens after the first visit to your site at the scheduled time and date. Scheduled posts will also share to social media.
I’ve checked the Publicize logs and I do not see where this post has been shared via social media. Because of that, I think that both the email and social media sharing is going to work fine once it is published.
I can always check the email logs after the post is published to verify.
