Accidentally purchased subscription with nonexistent email

I accidentally forgot the “m” at the end of “.com” when purchasing a sub. I emailed WordPress to try to get the sub added to my actual account but they are not replying. Does anyone have a solution to get my the account changed to my real email address?

I have tried to reach out to staring at the floorboards directly but haven’t heard back. Not sure what next step I need to take? May just dispute the charge since it will keep charging me and I can’t read the articles
