2. What is the underlying .wordpress.com URL?
3. Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the upgrade for it?

I’ll see what we can do on this end; is it at all possible to reserve the chargeback on your end through your bank? We are fined when you claim our charges were fraudulent. Your bank may be able to undo it, otherwise you will need to pay that fine in addition to the charges for the site.
