  We need details please.
  1. What is the domain URL?
  2. What is the underlying .wordpress.com URL?
  3. Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the upgrade for it?

  Hi @mandydegelsmith, I don’t see any domains on this account. But if you very recently bought a domain with another account, you can log in as that user, head to https://wordpress.com/purchases , and cancel there. You can do so within 48 hours of purchase. Cheers!
