Accidentally removed one character from my WP address…

    I accidentally removed the “1” from the end of the wordpress address and blog address area’s located in the “settings” area of my wordpress dashboard. Now I cannot get back into my site via wordpress to correct my errors. Can someone please tell me how to fix this. Here is the correct domain (http://www.edenintegrativehealth.com/blog1/) Thanks!!
