accidentally removed part of my url in admin

I had an instructor who installed the program for me and gave me the passwords etc. however, I accidentally erased the wrong part of the url ( I meant to work on the area where the title was…Rawhide Gifts and Galleries was) but I was in the area where the url was and I in advertantly erased the last part of the url “blog” was. Now, I can no longer get into admin. I assume the only way I can get fix this is by going into the actual files themselves; through ftp. I can no longer ask my instructor. Apparently he left last week without telling me! I was totally unaware he was leaving. I have no way of knowing what to do, how to fix this small problem, what file to look for or where. Can you tell me which file, which folder? Please email me at (email visible only to moderators and staff) if you can, I would greatly appreciate this. I’m terribly new to all of this.
