Accidentally started plan

  Hi I was exploring WordPress – options etc – while wondering why everything was in dollars I tapped the basic plan. I’m not ready to start website building properly yet but don’t want to permanently delete. I’m not in a position to pay a subscription at the moment so need to undo the plan choice. Hope someone can help.

  If you haven’t actually paid but just added a plan to your shopping cart you can easily empty the cart by clicking on the trash can.

  I’m not seeing any upgrades associated with the WordPress.com user account you are posting from. This typically happens when you’ve ended up with a second WordPress.com user account and that second account is the one that owns the upgrade. You’ll need to log into THAT account in order to make any changes.
