Accidentally transferred my blog to another user. Need help to reverse.

  Im horrified at my mistake. I made a new account and didn’t realize I’d misspelled (in the crunch to find a username that’s not taken). I thought I was making the account CygnusX1 but accidentally typed CyngusX1 (reversing the N and G). I didn’t realize I’d made this error. I went to my other account StevieSings and put in the transfer to CygnusX1. Once the transfer was done I couldn’t figure out why wordpress.com wouldn’t allow me access – then I finally noticed the mispell. So now, someone witht the username CygnusX1 has my blog but I cannot find such a user to request having the blog transferred back.

  Any help you can offer me would be so greatly appreciated! Thank you for your time

  What is the blog you want back and was it originally owned by the account you are posting from here?

  You will need staff help to retrieve it – I have flagged this for the staff to help

  The blog is https://sevenspheresoccult.wordpress.com. Yes, it was originally owned by this account: “steviesings” under the email “(email visible only to moderators and staff)”.

  I ended up transferring it to the account/user “Cygnusx1”.

  There is not a lot of error checking on the transfer function, you can even transfer a blog to an account that does not exist!!

  But the staff have a good record of finding the lost blogs
