Accidentally trashed a page

  Hello!!
  I have accidentally trashed a page in wordpress and now it is showing that the page is not in use, while it has contained all of my posts and now it is not showing anything. Please help me how can I retrieve that page?
  It would be great if you can help.

  Hi there,

  The Trash feature allows you to remove items without permanently deleting them. If you have previously moved an item to your trash folder, you can restore it within 30 days from the time the item was trashed. After 30 days the posts in trash will be automatically permanently deleted.
