Accidentally typed in the wrong name for my domain,

    Hey guys, a couple months ago I registered to start a blog. I guess I wasn’t paying attention to the form and the domain name that was entered is incorrect. I was wondering if that was something that can be changed? I literally haven’t even started the blog due to this… Any help is appreciated, I am new to this whole adventure.

    We have absolutely no history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind under the account you’re currently logged into, so I can’t advise specifically on your situation.

    However, to change your domain name, you would need to purchase a new domain name using the correct spelling. Domains are purchased based on the exact spelling, so in order to “change” the spelling, you need to purchase the domain using the correct spelling provided the correctly spelled name is available for purchase.

    Going forward, you should cancel the incorrectly spelled one so you’re not charged for this domain again next year.
