Accidentally typed the wrong email address that does not exist
-
Hi,
I accidentally made a typo error when filling up the email address field during the signing up process ((email visible only to moderators and staff)). I wish to update it with the correct one ((email visible only to moderators and staff)). However, I cannot update it unless the confirmation link sent to non-existent email (hence typo error when typing the email address). Help me how to change it.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I think my second from the last sentence is incomplete. I was supposed to say: “However, I cannot update it unless the confirmation link sent to the wrongly typed email add is clicked. This is not possible since that email is nonexistent.

The confirmation link that’s sent when trying to change an email address is sent to the new email address. You should see it arrive in your Gmail inbox, though it sometimes gets filtered as spam or in to Gmail’s “Social” inbox.
If that isn’t working properly can you please email us at help@wordpress.com from you email address and we can manually adjust things for you. Thanks.

Thanks Andrew. I did the same thing you advised in the previous but just recently, it worked. It’s resolved now. Thanks a lot.
