Accidentaly changed http to https
-
Hi there,
Some days ago, while I was fiddling with some of my webpage’s settings, I accidentally changed the page URL in the admin dashboard from http://ntdstart.com to https://ntdstart.com. I don’t have an SSL certificate, and because of that, now my browser won’t allow me to access my webpage and, by extension, log in to the admin dashboard to change my URL back to normal.
I have tried lots of things, and I literally have no clue about what should I do next, I have run out of ideas. Anyone has been in the same situation or has any info on this matter?
Thanks so much.

Hey @pj6595,
Your site ntdstart.com is using the self-hosted version of WordPress, and you need to seek help at the WordPress.org forums:
https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
These forums are for WordPress.com hosted sites only :)
However, you can change your site URL by adding this code to your wp-config.php file
define('WP_HOME','http://ntdstart.com'); define('WP_SITEURL','http://ntdstart.com');if you still face the same issue then remove https from your database, you can check this Article How to Change Website URL Without Accessing the wp-admin Panel.
Thanks !!!
