I accidentally changed my theme, but I don’t know what my old one was, so i can’t change back. Can you tell me what my old one was and how I can change back?

Concerning your question, it helps to look either at Google’s cache of your site or the Internet Archive’s Wayback Machine. The Google cache from August 11 shows your site using the Dyad theme. https://wordpress.com/theme/dyad However since Dyad has been retired in favor of Dyad 2, if you want to restore the Dyad theme you’ll need to do so from your WP Admin>Themes dashboard
