Accidently deleted domain that I got from a paid plan

  I got a custom domain thisisbirmingham.org.uk that I purchased as a part of a paid Plan, however accidently removed it from the site when trying to reset some things, now I cant add it back. Would it be possible to get Staff assistance in trying to recover the custom domain? Thanks in advance
