accordian for one page only

  Hello, my client would like to add what she calls an accordion, but to me is a separate side bar navigation, on one of their pages. There would be three tiers – 1 a state name, 2 a city in that state, 3 a person’s name. When the accordion is ‘closed’ only the state names would show. When open, the accordion would lead to a person’s name that, when selected, goes to their page for the text and images.

  Example: ARIZONA > Tuscon > John Smith

  I don’t know how to create the accordian (haven’t found a plugin) or how to place it on one page only.
