according to new blog

  Hi, I create a blog site but, visitors can see only home page. They cannot go inside the given links. It asks email and to create a account on my blog. But, I need to make it, more open. I want allow my visitors even they don’t have any email address. What are the settings I should do to make this change? Please help me.
