According to the blogs I follow page, I'm following myself 12 times

    For 12 of the 15 people I follow on wordpress, it says samuelwday (which is my blog). Not only that, but because of this issue, these 12 blogs are not showing up on my newsfeed reader either. Why is this happening and how can I fix this issue?
    I took a screenshots on my computer to show what I was talking about.
