  Hi there,

  You do not have to delete your account. WordPress themes have different functionalities, layout designs, etc.
  At the moment you are running on the Twenty Fourteen theme. I suggest you visit the theme’s demo page and see all the options it offers you. Here is the page:

  Also, once you are logged into your account, you can press Theme>Customize, which will open up the customizer of the theme, where you can experiment with layout options, colors and other options.

  If you decide that the ‘Twenty fourteen’ theme is not to your liking, then from within your account again, press the ‘Theme’ once more, (not the ‘Customize next to it), and this will open up the WordPress theme depot.
  Browse through, see all the themes that could interest you and start experimenting.

  Finally, I suggest you also look through this guide:
  https://learn.wordpress.com/get-started/
  which is all about starting with your website/blog.
