I’ve been taken £36 for a previous purchase made on the 22nd of December which is now cancelled but I’m not able to process a refund – please could you help me obtain my refund?

ajesh70, I just refreshed the page and I see a new message.
Since this is related to a WordPress.com purchase refund, here is what I am doing. I have added a tag “modlook” to this topic. One of the members from the WordPress.com staff/WordPress.com Happiness Engineers should be able to help you with this.

Please check my account history, I paid twice for two plans ( £36 and £48) and cancelled later but I got only one refund for £48! Please can you advice?
