So, I was trying to log into my work account: Success Series
User name : [redacted by mod]Email: (email visible only to moderators and staff)
PWD: [redacted by mod]
And when I put in my email it did not recognize it, so I clicked log in through google and now I have my own account using (email visible only to moderators and staff) and cannot get to my work account for success series. Please help and thank you!

Hello there @kakuchefski1981, I’ve removed your log-in information from this thread, but you should immediately change your password on your account. You’ve posted in a public forum which is quickly crawled by search engines and this information could allow someone else to take over your account.
If you are unable to log in with the correct account after you have reset your password, please post back here in this forum thread. Thanks.

@anthonymcgreat thanks for your help here. However, if you answer a forum post or come across a forum post where someone has added their email in a way that the forum software doesn’t redact it, a password, phone number, address or any such type of personal information, including receipt and transaction numbers, please MODLOOK the thread and add a tag “remove personal info”.

Can you please give me the address of the site you’re trying to access? The same email address cannot be used on more than one WordPress.com account, so if we don’t have an account connected to the email address you tried to use, either your site belongs to an account connected to a different email, or your site is using the open source WordPress.org software, and is not connected to a WordPress.com account at all.
