It sounds like you may have created a duplicate account. If the purchase was processed you would have received an email receipt from us. Use that email address to sign in at WordPress.com and locate the account that you are looking for.

One problem is your rep last night researched my domain name, which I purchased on WEALTHY Affiliate, and told me the name had expired and I just purchased it on about June 6, 2018.
Next let me show you a line from Wells Fargo online account, that shows I paid 48.00 for a personal account. I will email it as a reply to your email to me. -
The name I purchased in transfer to word press. I guess I’ll have to wait a few days. The name is coming from Wealth Affiliates, where I bought it on their site. When I came to your site independently, I requested a transfer. Thank you for help..

well something is still wrong. see my profile picture has joyfulalwaysisme.
1. isn’t that my user name? not my display name?
2. (i signed in as steve4756 as you suggested with the pw I had stored)I just paid for a new website. the one just above personal. but within setup, I noticed that even though I was signed as steve4756 my profile had joyfulalwaysisme. i then tried to change the user name, but it said that name is already taken. DUH, yes taken by me. please help again. -
something else, when I enter the Exact Same Password (during a reset pw request,) for steve4756 that I just entered into my password document and then copied and pasted into reset pw screen, your system says Sorry Wrong Password.

I noticed that even though I was signed as steve4756 my profile had joyfulalwaysisme.
Your other account uses steve4756 as both the username and public display name. It sounds like your browser may be caching the login details for joyfulalwaysisme and logging you back into that account — which is the account your last reply was sent from.
To help make sure you are logged in as steve4756, please try the following:
- Log out of your joyfulalwaysisme account
- Clear your browser cache
- Clear your WordPress.com cookies
- Log in as steve4756
Then go to your Account Settings page and check that steve4756 is displayed as the username.
If it is, the upgrades you purchased will be listed on the Manage Purchases page in that account.
