    Hi, some time ago I probably paid for a personal account but didn’t know a thing about what to do with it and became frustrated trying to understand it all. I thought I deleted this account but $35.88 was taken from my checking account but I haven’t been using it as I thought it was deleted. I’m not savvy with internet stuff.
    I haven’t used this account because I don’t understand anything except what I typed into my blog if that’s what it’s called.

    If you’ve recently purchased the plan, you can ask for the refund within 30 days of your purchase date, we have support document which will walk you through all the refund policy and process please visit: https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/

    If the former owner of that username comes back to this thread, please let us know the site URL you’d like refunded and if possible, post from the original username which owned the site.
