I have the app on my phone but I cannot upload anything to my blog. I have no idea what my user name she password are so I don’t want to delete the app and reinstall it, because I’m not sure I’ll be able to get back into it. My email for my blog is (email visible only to moderators and staff) and my personal email is (email visible only to moderators and staff). Neither are linked to my blog, beingjamilaj.com. My site is with godaddy.com. I’m not sure how to fix the login or the uploading issues. I’ve reset my phone and I’ve tried to log in under both emails but word press said they don’t exist so I created a email login with my personal email but it is not linked to my website.

In that case you are using the open source WordPress software, not WordPress.com, and we’re not able to help you as that site has no connection at all to your WordPress.com account.
When you installed the WordPress software at GoDaddy you should have received an email with your admin username and password for that site. It’s this admin username and password you would have used to add the site to the WordPress mobile app.
If you can’t remember what they are, you’ll need to contact GoDaddy support for help, as only they have access to your site’s files and database where this information is stored.
