    Hi. My account isn’t working on my laptop. It’s working alright on my phone, but when I’m on my laptop, it will only let me access the Reader. It’s not an issue with the wifi and I’ve tried to recover my account but nothing is working. Please help.

    If you are able to access your website and other account details on your phone then it seems you might be experiencing browser issues on your laptop.

    Could you please try clearing the browser cache on your laptop. Also, make sure that the cookies and JavaScript are enabled.

    If that doesn’t work, can you try another browser? And make sure to disable any ad-blocking and security extensions on your browser.
