  Hello,
  My name is Jason Kohute, I have a page that I did not use for a while. I believe I had the premium account. I do want to resume my page, but I want the personal plan. It is not allowing to change to that plan, it is only allowing me to upgrade. Can my page be converted to personal plan?

  Hi there,

  I checked your account and currently you do not have an active plan. You did have a Business Plan, but that expired a while ago. Therefore, you can just go ahead and purchase the Personal Plan and you should be all set:

  I went to the plan page, and its only allowing me to choose the business account and not the personal plan.
