  I have bought a package, and an email through Gsuite, why is saying i need to upgrade for domain name? and why cant I do anything on this site?

  There are no upgrades on the account you’re writing us from so you probably purchased the subscriptions on another account.

  Please check the email address to which you received the confirmation about the purchase and use that address to log in.
