I happened to get charged $96 and I closed my business and account 2 years ago. Am I able to get a refund? I haven’t had my business over in over 2 years. I thought I had cancelled this. Thank you

The account you’re using to post here doesn’t own any upgrades with us, and was last charged in February 2019 – that charge was refunded when you cancelled your upgrade a day later. I see no further charges on this account.
If you’ve received a new charge from us, it would be for a different site in another account.

You can also use the Contact Us link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.
