What is the URL of the site you bought a plan for?
The account you’re using to post here has never bought anything from us, so if you own a paid upgrade on WordPress.com it was bought using a different account.
Please ask for basic information like the site URL someone needs help with, even if tagging the thread for staff. We can’t do anything to help if we don’t have that information, and if you ask for it there’s at least a chance that the user has already provided it by the time we get to the thread.
