  What is the URL of the site you’re speaking of?

  You are now posting in the support forums for the hosting provider, WordPress.com. You only need an account with us if you want to contribute to a site hosted on our servers, be added as a viewer on a private WordPress.com site, follow sites in the WordPress.com Reader, or like posts on a WordPress.com site.

  There is no requirement to create a WordPress.com account to read any public website that’s hosted with us.
