  I was not aware that my account was still active. I started the website looking to start a blog but obviously never did. Is there a way I could get a refund for my most recent charge?

  I do not see any upgrades under your @kkhye WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/.

  I do see that at one time you did have upgrades on your account, but that has not been since 2017, which is the last time you paid for any renewals associated with your @kkhye account. You can confirm here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/

  Is it possible you made your purchase under a different login? What is the URL of the site associated with the upgrade you are needing help with? Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.
