My settings won’t stay up, my plug-in are gone on one wordpress and I seem to have another account with everything there but can’t login. This is a app I’m using but nothing is there. I didn’t have anything to begin with except plug-in and connection to bluehost, getresponce and sendgrid. I need my account refreshed and to start over please. I’m about to add a website of my own soon and need wordpress to work properly. I also need new login details. Thanks

What is the URL of the site with the problem?

I disconnected my site last time I was on because there wasn’t one created. That URL was, is, prince21club.com. Email for that account is (email visible only to moderators and staff). My email for prince21club.com is (email visible only to moderators and staff)

It looks like this is an issue with your Jetpack connection. The domain is not hosted by us at WordPress.com. It’s hosted with BlueHost and with the Jetpack plugin you have connected the site to WordPress.com dashboard (and app).
When I put the domain through our debugging tool for Jetpack I see there’s an issue with the DNS.
We were unable to resolve the A record for your domain. It is likely that you have recently registered your domain name. It takes several hours for new or transferred domain names to start working, so please come check back later. If you’re still having the same error after 48 hours, please contact your web hosting provider.
