  Hi
  We had an account in the name of Laura Saunders (she was a teacher at Cranbourne) You took a payment of £51 in January for this but unfortunately Laura passed away last year so we no longer require this webpage. Please could you cancel and let me know that this has happened?

  I’m really sorry to hear about Laura.

  I can see that the subscriptions were associated with your card? If so, do you have the transaction ID? If you do, do not post it here but use it with the form on this page:

  https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/.

  You will then regain access to the account and cancel the purchases.

  Alternatively, you can follow these steps:
