  I received an email stating my account was getting ready to auto renew. I want to close my account and all I keep getting is error messages. I have followed all the online steps and still nothing.

  Hi @quilters5, I don’t see any renewals on this account, so my guess is that you’ve got another account. Can you log out and log in with the account associated with that site? You should be able to log in with the email address that gets renewal reminders and what not.
