  Hello. I have another account with WordPress that I’ve been using and just last night I was using but this morning I couldn’t access it. How can I recover my account because it’s saying that even my under name isn’t found

  Thanks for that! It looks like your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted at GoDaddy.

  Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.

  Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with GoDaddy.

  So, you’ll log in to it through https://cafegaea.com/wp-login.php and not through us.

  And, if you don’t recall the password when logging in on the correct site, there are some options for you at https://wordpress.org/support/article/resetting-your-password/

  To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/

  WordPress.org has complete documentation for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress.org at https://wordpress.org/support/ and support at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
