I have been trying to speak with someone for weeks now and have chatted in the forum but NO SUCCESS… I have been charged $180 for an account that should have been closed YEARS AGO. What does it take to physically SPEAK to a person. This is terrible service that you have to go through a forum to ask BILLING/ACCOUNT questions

Also, the fastest way to deal with a charge that isn’t on this account is to use https://wpchrg.com — you can use that to locate the charge and then contact billing directly.

I have sent or uploaded those photos to the link that I received and its BS
This account needs to be closed ASAP and the refund sent back to me. This long drawn out communication in a Forum is ridiculous. Just please refund and close the account that was supposed to have been closed by the creator 3 years ago. Thank you

I would be happy to assist you in canceling and refunding your purchase. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from – therefore we currently do not see the charge.
We need to find the charge and the associated account and then confirm ownership of that account. You can use the transaction ID on your bank statement from when you purchased the upgrade to potentially submit to the account recovery form.
Do you remember the URL of the site that the charge was connected to?

I’ve checked on our end and I do not see that we have hosted debsmarketingconnections.com or debsnider.com in the past.
I did do a bit of digging and noticed that debsnider.com is hosted with GoDaddy (a provider we are not connected with) as you can see here: https://gwhois.org/debsnider.com+dns

We don’t actually have any upgrades on WordPress.com that cost that specific amount, and given that the domain is registered via GoDaddy, it does not sound like we are able to help in this case. You can see our offerings here: https://wordpress.com/pricing/
Is it possible that you have your upgrade with GoDaddy directly? If so you can contact them here and they may be able to help with any transactions you have with them. https://www.godaddy.com/help/contact-us

If the info you have is not a match for what we show in our system, then a contact form will appear that will allow you to send a direct message to our billing support team, and from there they will reach out to you privately via email.

I have 2 screen shots that need to be addressed. I request a personal phone call – this chat back and forth is a waste of time when it can be addressed with a call. Quit being ridiculous with this chat and have some courtesy and pick up the phone to clear that long 4 week conversation through this chat UP

A phone call is not possible because we do not offer phone support.
The fastest way to sort this out is the “why was I charged” tool:
It was built expressly for situations such as this when a forgotten account or site ends up getting auto-renewed.
