  I wish to close my account, but I get a message saying I have active subscriptions.
  How do I stop my subscriptions

  I don’t have a site with WordPress.com yet

  There’s not any upgrades on the account you’re signed in to, and using to contact us. Please try signing in to WordPress.com with the email address where you’re getting these notifications. The email should also say which site has the upgrade and that information would be helpful for us to help you further. Thanks.
