    I was charged $115 today. I thought this account had been canceled. I am hoping that you can help me to refund this charge and close the account as it is no longer needed and this unexpected charge is adding to a time of current financial hardship.

  • Hi @wholeheartededucators, it looks like you disputed the charge as fraudulent. We aren’t able to refund while it’s under investigation, but if you’d like to cancel the dispute with your provider, we push the refund through then.

    Going forward, please know you can automatically get a refund simply by canceling an unwanted upgrade within the refund window outlined here.
