  I went through the process to recover my account, but it’s telling me that the Transaction ID number is not valid… so I still am not sure what my email or password is, but I do have the URL Website info it created for me. How do I proceed? If we can’t figure this out, I’d like a refund and I’ll repurchase on this account I am using now.

  If you’ve already sent it to us using the form, please share the email address you entered in the What email address should we contact you at field so that we can look up your ticket on our end and help you log into the correct account.
