I have just set up a new blog, http://www.helprorguk.com and paid for hosting with PayPal (confirmed). I cannot access my account, my email isn’t recognised and I can’t ‘recover’ my account as I did not receive an activation email.
How can I get access?Thanks

I can’t ‘recover’ my account as I did not receive an activation email.
How can I get access?I take it you’re not referring to the account you are contacting us from. What is the username of the account that you are trying to activate?

Yes! I was able to find the account with the upgrade under it. Also, thank you for the PayPal transaction information – that confirmed your ownership. =) So, what do you need for me to assist you in getting back into the account? Thank you that is great news.
I didn’t get a confirmation email from WordPress to authenticate the account and when I try to sign in it doesn’t recognise my email address. I have obviously done something wrong but can’t work out what
I thought I had set the account up with my email:
(email visible only to moderators and staff)
So if you can send me whatever I need to activate the account to that email address so I can set up and get access that would be great, thank you.

This is getting a bit crazy as I am still unable to access the account. My email address is still not recognised.
Is it possible to forward an email to me with my activation details?
I have received one email only into the correct email account associated to the Helprorguk site but without any content so clearly my email is known to wordpress. If that doesn’t work can you send the email to my susie stamford.com account the account ?
Please can you come back to me as soon as possible as this issue has been unresolved for almost 7 days now? Thanks
Also I would like upgrade the helprorguk account to a business account is that Possible and can you tell me how I do that?

Ah, I think I may know the issue – I checked the email under the account you are trying to access and it is spelled ssstamford instead of the address that you provided me, which only has two s – sstamford. Are there two or three s in stamford? If two, you misspelled the email during signup which is why it’s not recognizing your correct email and is why you cannot access the account.

Oh heavens I thought it would be something simple thank you for working it out. It is just two one for Susie, one for Stamford.
Should I sign it with three of can you reset it for me?
